There will be FULL external scholarship opportunities available for academically exceptional individuals to study at Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University (APU) in Beppu in Japan for 2-year graduate programs starting in fall 2010.

3. Required Application Fee: 5,000 yen or US$58
