CAREER OPPORTUNITY MONITORING AND EVALUATION CONSULTANT-ENGENDERHEALTH / CHAMPION PROJECT, TANZANIA. EngenderHealth is an international NGO funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in Tanzania. EngenderHealth works to improve the health and well-being of people in the poorest communities of the world. For 65 years, EngenderHealth has been improving the lives of men, women, and families through its dedication and work in family planning, maternal health, and HIV and AIDS The EngenderHealth/CHAMPION (Channeling Men’s Positive Involvement in a National HIV/AIDS Response) Project, which seeks to increase positive male involvement in HIV and reproductive health, is funded for five years. The project works in ten regions throughout Tanzania, with the main office located in Dar es Salaam. The program seeks an M&E specialist to assist in overseeing and managing project’s related M&E functions for a period of at least three months, from January to March 2010. Terms of Reference: The consultant shall work together with the in-country technical team, as well as the New York-based Monitoring, Evaluation and Research [MER] unit, to provide technical leadership for M&E related functions of the CHAMPION project.
