1. China Programme
   The China Programme for study and research in the Netherlands in the academic year is designed for talented Chinese students.The main purpose of the China Programme is the exchange of Chinese and Dutch students.
2. DUO-Korea Fellowship
   The DUO-Korea Fellowship Program aims to enhance a mobility of students and faculty members between South Korea and ASEM member states in Europe.
3. DUO-Thailand Fellowship
   The DUO-Thailand Fellowship Program aims to enhance a mobility of students and faculty members between Thailand and ASEM member states in Europe.
4. Erasmus
   The Erasmus programme is a component of the European programme ‘LifeLong Learning’ from the European Commission for mobility of higher education in Europe.
5. Erasmus Mundus
   Erasmus Mundus aims to improve the quality of European higher education and to encourage cooperation with countries outside the EU.
6. Ford Foundation International Fellowships Program
   The Ford Foundation International Fellowships Program (Ford-IFP) provides opportunities to exceptional individuals for advanced study.
7. Fulbright Scholarships
   Fulbright Scholarships are available for American graduate students and researchers.
8. HSP Huygens Programme
   The prestigious HSP Huygens Programme is open to excellent students from all countries of the world.
9. ISEP
   American students can apply to the International Student Exchange Program (ISEP). ISEP offers diverse exchange programmes, which are administered in their own country.
10. Jean Monnet Fellowships Programme
    The Jean Monnet Scholarship Programme is a programme of the European Commission (EC) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey.
11. Libertas Support Fund
    The Libertas Support Fund aims to assist politically engaged students who for political reasons have been prevented from studying in their countries of origin to continue their studies in the Netherlands.
12. MENA Scholarship Programme
    The MENA Scholarship Programme is initiated and fully funded by the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
13. Netherlands Fellowship Programmes  
    The Netherlands Fellowship Programmes (NFP) are demand-driven fellowship programmes designed to promote capacity building within organizations in 61 developing countries by providing training and education to their mid-career staff members.
14. Omani Scholarship Programme
    The Omani Scholarship Programme aims to strengthen educational, socio-cultural and commercial ties by enabling young Omani nationals to study in the Netherlands.
15. Orange Tulip Scholarship (external link)
    The Orange Tulip Scholarship (OTS) was launched by CSCSE-Nuffic Neso China in year 2008, aiming to finance top Chinese students to follow Master’s programmes in the Netherlands.
16. Transatlantic Degree Consortia
    Transatlantic Degree Consortia are a new form of partnership programmes between the EU and the US.
17. StuNed Scholarship Programme
    StuNed Scholarships for Master studies, short courses and customized training programmes are available for Indonesian professionals with at least two years work experience in a development-related organization.
18. Tempus
    The Tempus programme enables universities in a number of countries in Eastern Europe, Central Asia, the Western Balkans and the Mediterranean region to establish partnerships in the European Union that help them restructure their higher education systems.
19. Y.C. Lo Scholarship Programme Taiwan
    This programme for postgraduate studies supports promising Taiwanese graduates and young professionals intending to pursue postgraduate degree programmes at Dutch universities.
