Scholarships for Third-Country Scholars 24/12/2009
The SAHC Consortium is available to host outstanding third-country scholars (academics and/or professionals) who are interested in contributing to the Master Course programme and in strengthening academic partnerships with the SAHC Consortium. Interested third-country scholars may receive scholarships for teaching and research activities for a period ranging from two weeks to three months in the Consortium's institutions. Unfortunately, no grants or financial assistance are available for European applicants. Each scholar will receive a grant of 1200 Euro per week. The scholarships, sponsored by European Commission under the scope of Eramus Mundus Programme, are available to outstanding scholars that have applied in due time, have an outstanding academic and/or professional experience and that are third-country citizens and residents. Further details on Erasmus Mundus scholarships can be obtained from the European Commission's website. Interested scholars in a scholarship for the 2010/2011 academic year are invited to send an e-mail to the SAHC Secretariat (secretariat@msc-sahc.org)enclosing a copy of their Curriculum Vitae together with a letter of intent describing the aims of the exchange, the research/teaching plan during the stay and preferred stay duration and location(s) among the four partner institutions, no later than January 31, 2010.
