Galillee College - The International Agriculture Training Centre (IATC) Tuition Scholarship Plan for 2010 2010 Tuition Scholarship Plan Be part of development and innovations in the agriculture sector 2010 During the African AgriBusiness Forum 2009 held in South Africa, the Ugandan Minister for Agriculture, Mr. Henry Bagire called for developing the export of crops and for an increase in yields. In Uganda the government is already identifying the farmers who engage in best practice in the farming of export crops and provide them with technical input and funding. The IATC provides a broad spectrum of programmes all availing relevant skills for government officers, trainers and advisors as well as private farmers. The IATC 2010 programmes will take place during the following 2 periods:
Water and Crop Production Management Livestock: Advanced Dairy Technology and Farming Management (scheduled for the April session only) Aquaculture: Intensive Fish Cultivation Management (scheduled for the October session only) Scholarships: Scholarships are provided by our College and cover the entire tuition fee.
