The organizing committee will provide very limited number of scholarship for student delegates attending the symposium to cover the registration cost only.

APPLICATION PROCEDURES Students applying for scholarship must complete the scholarship application form and must submit it along with the following documents:

1. Curriculum vitae. (in the prescribed CV format only)

2. Recommendation letter from the head of the department specifically stating the performance of the candidate in the previous semesters and eligibility to claim a financial berth.

APPLICATION DEADLINE Completed scholarship application must reach us no later than August 14, 2010through post. The scholarship applicant must have been registered with appropriate fee.

The selected candidates alone will be informed of the scholarship selection status and thereafter, the registration fee will be reimbursed on the second day of the symposium at the ‘Symposium Secretariat’ front desk.
