Duties:
The incumbent will manage a large grant facility, and oversee the development, monitoring and evaluation of the proposals submitted. Will serve as the principal point of contact and providing capacity building and technical assistance to prospective grant recipients
Requirements:
Must have a degree in business administration, finance, economics, or closely related field. Extensive experience in managing grants or contracts for NGOs or other donor program. Knowledge of USAID financial and management systems desired.
