The NFP PhD studies is one of the sub-programmes of the NFP. The maximum duration of a PhD fellowship is four years.
PhD degrees can be pursued at one of the 21Dutch universities and institutes for international education.
The Netherlands Fellowship Programmes (NFP) are fellowship programmes designed to promote capacity building within organizations in 60 developing countries by providing training and education to their mid-career staff members.
The NFP is for mid-career professionals who are nationals of and working and living in one of NFP countries. Candidates from Sub-Saharan Africa, women and members of priority groups and/or marginalized regions are specifically invited to apply for an NFP fellowship.
