Description This scholarship was established in 1985 in memory of Jean Margaretta Rhoda Morgan and Peter Warmsley Sedgwick, and as a tribute to C. Wright Mills, noted American sociologist.

Eligibility The scholarship shall be open to graduates of any University in New Zealand or of the University of the South Pacific.

Candidates for the scholarship shall submit a paper outlining their approach to sociological and anthropological research in the form of a research proposal.

Amount $2,000
Tenure 1 year
Closing Dates 01 Nov 2011
