This scholarship program was established independently by CUCAS, and is limited to excellent students applying to Chinese universities through CUCAS. The scholarships will be granted based on CUCAS's independent assessment of the applicants. The scholarship money will be used to pay for part or all of the recipients' tuition fees.

Eligible Candidates:
Excellent students who has successfully applied to an academic program starting Spring 2012 through CUCAS.

Application Period:
Application Starting Date: October 1, 2011
Application Deadline: January 30, 2012
Results Announcement: March 15, 2012

Terms and Conditions:
1. Abide by all the laws and regulations of China, all the school rules, and respect the societal traditions and customs.
2. Comply with the requirements for Chinese university application.
3. Non-Chinese citizens in good health.
4. Applicants must apply through the CUCAS website, successfully apply for an academic program starting Spring 2012, and receive the electric admission confirmation.

Selection:
CUCAS will make their selection based on the grade sheet and materials submitted by the applicants

Award:
After officially enrolling, students will use their proof of enrollment and tuition payment to receive their scholarship from CUCAS.

Note:
1. Students who violate the laws of China or the rules of their university will forfeit opportunities to apply to CUCAS scholarships again.
2. The CUCAS scholarship assessment team has the power to interpret applicants' grades and materials as they see fit.
3. CUCAS has the right to put the scholarship recipients' name, gender, nationality, and application statement on the CUCAS scholarship webpage.
