Program Description ICAP, a program of the Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University in New York City, leads one of the largest HIV programs in the world, providing technical assistance and implementation support to ministries of health (MOH) in more than a dozen countries and supporting the care and treatment of more than 1.2 million people living with HIV at 1,900 health facilities. With its roots in comprehensive, family-focused HIV services, ICAP is widely respected for its success in both Technical Assistance and capacity building of innovative, effective, and ethical programs in the most challenging of resource-limited settings.
