Admission to graduate programs at King Saud University for the academic year 2012/2013G

The Deanship of Graduate Studies at King Saud University is pleased to announce the start of admission to graduate programs and receive applications for these programs for both phases of master's and doctoral degrees for the academic year 2012/2013G through the portal (http://dgs.ksu.edu.sa) as start of day business on Saturday, 26 Nov. 2011 until the end of business on Thursday, 14 Dec. 2011.

Required documents:

1.Academic record.
2.The graduation document.
3.The CV + Copy of passport (for non-Saudis).
4.Recommendation letters: tow recommendations for master's degree and three recommendations for doctoral degree.

All these documents should be loaded electronically through the portal : http://dgs.ksu.edu.sa

Note:
Applicants to communicate with departments to find out when the dates of written tests and personal interviews or any other conditions, provided that all dates would be put on the portal, once approved by the departments.

AGFUND Prize

Prize Subject for the year 2011 :     Empowering Youth through Entrepreneurships and Job Opportunities   

·  First Category: dedicated for organizations supporting developing countries' national policies and programs for empowering youth through entrepreneurships and job opportunities. (For projects implemented by UN, international or regional organizations)

·  Second Category: dedicated  for NGOs-led efforts to empowering youth through entrepreneurships and job opportunities. (For projects implemented by national NGOs).

·  Third Category: dedicated for governmental bodies’ efforts in adoption of pioneering entrepreneurships for empowering youth and increasing their job opportunities. ((For projects by government ministries and public institutions).

·  Fourth Category: Individual-led efforts to empowering youth through entrepreneurships and job opportunities. (For projects initiated, sponsored and/or implemented by individuals).

Nominations for the AGFUND Prize shall be made by filling in the Nomination Form (Hardcopy) or Electronic Form on AGFUND's Website: and sending it together with the required documents to AGFUND Department of Communications, no later than 31 May 2011 :
