Creative is currently preparing for an upcoming education activity in Tanzania funded by USAID, and seeks expressions of interest from qualified professionals who meet the qualifications for Finance Manager.
The Finance Manager will ensure that USAID contractual requirements are met and will manage procurement actions, execute subcontracts, manage payroll and staff reimbursements, and maintain personnel records.

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or equivalent
- Advanced degree and CPA preferred
- Minimum 10 years of work experience
