- Improving pupils' learning in mathematics and science in early grades of basic education
- Improving Early Grade Reading
- Improving instructional leadership of head teachers and enhancing community involvement in school management
- Monitoring and Evaluation; Education Management Information System
- Tanzania experience or extensive East Africa experience will be an asset
