The Union would like to remind you that, if you require a visa to travel to Mexico for the World Conference, the formalities will not start until you have submitted your application for a letter of invitation to the Conference Secretariat. Meet the Experts sessions Meet-the-Experts sessions are always a popular feature of the conference. Delegates can present their questions to a variety of experts at one of seven Meet the Experts sessions scheduled on Monday, 7 December, from 08:00 to 08:50. Registration for the sessions will be handled onsite and will be on a first-come, first-served basis as the number of attendees for each session is limited. These sessions are complimentary for registered participants and will focus on informal discussions covering a specific topic. The list of those speaking at Meet the Experts sessions will be posted on the conference website soon. Register now for post-graduate course 8: Intensive course in public health ethics Friday, 4 December, from 09:00 to 17:00 "“This course will provide an intensive overview of the emerging field of public health ethics, focusing especially on issues related to tuberculosis and lung health. The course is divided into seven modules covering the following topics: Introduction to Bioethics and Public Health Ethics; Public Health Law and Human Rights; Public Health Ethics Frameworks; Research Ethics; Ethics and Epidemiology; Ethics and Tuberculosis; Ethics and Tobacco”. You are strongly advised to register before that deadline. After this date, all the registrations will be processed on-site at the Cancún Convention Center, beginning on Thursday, 3 December, at 14:00 pm.
