Sokoine University of Agriculture invites qualified Tanzanians to apply for the following academic positions available in various academic departments and units. With the exception of veterinarians, for Tutorial Assistants, the general requirement is a minimum GPA of 3.8, whereas for those with postgraduate qualifications a minimum GPA of 3.5 at MSc/MA level will be applicable. In addition, for Veterinarians, they will be required to have been registered or initiated the process (evidence required) of being registered with the
Veterinary Council of Tanzania.

Salary packages and fringe benefits for various posts shall be as per Treasury Registrar’s Circular no 4 of 2008. The age limit is 45 years for all cadres with the exception of Tutorial Assistant whose limit shall be 35 years. Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
