TanContact Tanzania Limited, a Business Process Outsourcing and Recruitment Company based in Dar es salaam, is looking for 60 energetic, enthusiastic, positive young men and women to fill the vacancies of Customer care and Service Agents for several of its clients. Available positions must be filled within the next 4 weeks.

Selected applicants must undergo a five-day recruitment and training session with TanContact to acquaint with key job responsibilities. Successful applicants will be posted to various companies in the country.

Qualification and Competence

• Must be Tanzanian citizen aged between 21 and 35, flexible, Organized, with a positive attitude.
• Must have a college diploma or higher in either Business Management or IT studies.
• Demonstrable ability to deal with multiple tasks and ability to work well under pressure.
• Conversant with basic computer applications, e.g. Microsoft Access, MS Word, Excel, etc.
• Previous experience in Data entry, Customer Care, field survey, supervisory roles is an added advantage.
