More than just a course - an opportunity to exchange ideas and practice and create an International network. Previous trainees still talk about it! Every year the EACS runs an intensive 3 day course in Antiretroviral Therapy and Comprehensive Care for people living with HIV/AIDS, focused on the clinical management of HIV, in Montpellier (South of France). Aimed at experienced practitioners this course is facilitated by a faculty of professors from throughout Europe. The teaching is divided between plenary sessions and interactive workshops. Its location in Europe's oldest medical faculty ensures a didactic atmosphere and Montpellier's location in the Midi means that after the hard work the students can relax in the Mediterranean sunshine. The course is open to a maximum of 60 participants with a limited number of scholarships available to those from developing countries. In 2009 61 participants took part from 34 countries. Recruitment for the 8th Advanced HIV Course – September 8-10, 2010 is now open. Please click CLICK HERE and complete your application.
