Project Field: The purpose of this consultancy is to provide Technical Assistance to the Ministry of Tourism, Trade and Industry in Uganda in the context of Economic Partnership Agreements.

The following qualifications and experiences are mandatory:

• Masters degree in International Economics, Trade Law, Commerce or Business Administration
• Thorough knowledge of EPA process and regional economic integration
• extensive trade policy capacity building experience
• 10 years experience working with ACP countries
• Proven experience of trade negotiations
• Strong financial management and report skills
