Two (2) positions: Kenya and Tanzania Industry: Textile/Clothing Key Responsibilities: · Identification, appointment & nurturing of a Distribution Channel considering geographical features & requirement of company from time to time. · Achievement of Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Sales target given by immediate Supervisor / GM Sales. · Timely collection of payments & achievement of Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly collection targets given by immediate Supervisor / GM Sales. · Preparation of monthly MIS report per standard format. · Servicing Institutional customers within the area. · Managing merchandising / product display at Distributors / retailers level in designated territory. · Generation of monthly market surveillance report relating to competitors in market. · Performing any other duties that may be assigned by immediate Supervisor / GM Sales. · Responsible for training & supervision of any support staff recruited to service the territory under the candidate Requirements: · Graduate degree in Sales & Marketing or relevant field. · Have 8 years experience; 4 years should be in managerial position in Textile industry or FMG. · Have good communication skills both in English and Kiswahili.
