JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop HR Policies, Service Rules, and Compensation Management, departmental I functional and other organizational policies.
• Principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
• Ensure that HR process and procedures are constantly communicated and manage to all officials and also keep management informed.
• Employment law - working conditions, disciplinary and grievance procedures, equal opportunities, redundancies paternity pay and maternity rights. .
• Labour laws, legal codes court procedures, ~precedent, government regulations, executive orders, organization rules and the democratic political process.
• Human behavior and performance; individual differences in ability, personality and interests; learning and motivation; psychological research methods; and the assessment and treatment of behavioral and affective disorder.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:
• The incumbent must be a Master Degree in HRM or Business Administration Finance or Accounting.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in a high paced multicultural working environment.
• Excellent communication skills-both in written and spoken English and Swahili.
• Sound Organizational skills and ability to perform well under pressure.
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, using e-mail and the internet.
• Self directed and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Able to work either in a team environment or autonomously with little or no supervision.
