Global Objective

• The study’s global objective is to provide decision makers in the Tanzanian government and the European Commission with sufficient information to make an informed judgment about the past performance of the TOURISM TRAINING PROGRAMME, to document lessons learned and to provide recommendations for potential programmes to act as follow-up action.
• The study will also assess if the project fulfilled its initial purpose and overall objective by looking at relevance, design, efficiency, effectiveness, impact and sustainability.

Requested profiles

• Junior expert
• with experience in the tourism and / or education sector
• Experience of working in East Africa would be an advantage.
• Fluency in English needed and in Swahili would be a distinct advantage.
• Demonstrate experience in monitoring and evaluation, vocational training and tourism services.
