CA Global: Engineering and Construction (Africa Positions) has a client that is in need of a Crane Manager (Operations). The position will be based in Tanzania.

Overview: My client provides equipment and plant solutions to construction projects in East and West Africa.

They are in need of a Crane Manager for their operations in Tanzania. The role would be suited to individuals with extensive Crane maintenance and operations experience as well as demonstrated Management experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage all maintenance of the cranes including all the mechanics etc
- Manage all stocks of spares and orders
- Manage the cranes themselves including the selling of hire and dealing with all the clients.
- Manage all personnel, operators, mechanics, riggers, banksmen etc

Examples of the types of Cranes in operation include:
260 Ton Tracked Lattice Boom Crane
150 Ton Hydraulic Truck Crane
75 Ton Tracked Lattice Boom Crane
45 Ton Hydraulic Truck Crane

Requirements:
The candidate must have at least 5 years mechanical experience on cranes.
To be able to operate cranes will be an advantage.
