COMBI course combining the INTRODUCTORY / Quality Control course on Results Based Management / Project Cycle Management with the MONITORING & EVALUATION course which we will organize at our office in Brussels from Monday 11th – Friday 15th October 2010.

In the QUALITY CONTROL course (INTRODUCTORY) we explain the concepts and tools of Results Based Management / Project Cycle Management and we will practice the quality assessment technique of proposals using the LOGICAL FRAMEWORK ANALYSIS.

In the MONITORING & EVALUATION module we identify and clarify the key components of an M&E plan. We prepare the lay-out of the Terms of Reference for a Monitoring Plan. Furthermore we explain the connection with the different Logical Framework Matrixes (WHAT and HOW) and will practice with the identification of indicators. Clarity on the information flow from and towards the various actors will assist in the choice of information to receive and to send out.
