In the M&E course we identify and clarify the concepts and components of an M&E plan and furthermore practice with levels of objectives (Outputs, Outcome, Impact) and with the identification of indicators.

With the raised emphasis on DIALOGUE and MUTUAL UNDERSTANDING this training is key in creating mutual understanding and ownership feeling among various actors involved in development interventions.

Learning a methodology, concepts, techniques and procedures to take perspectives of key stakeholders into account, creating ownership and commitment in MONITORING and EVALUATION is fundamental for RELEVANT, FEASIBLE and SUSTAINABLE project and programme interventions.

All our courses are applicable both for desk officers in charge of initiating identification and formulation processes (by writing quality Terms of References, quality assessments of proposals and steering the monitoring and evaluation of the implementation and for consultants and implementers who are actually doing identification, formulation, implementing, monitoring and evaluation processes and who conceive proposals.
