Job Description / Responsibilities
  • Managing  Existing supermarkets and dealer network
  • Exploring new market to generate business and dealer network expansion
  • Execute marketing activities in assigned areas
  • Negotiate for space
  • Sales calls, generating orders , maintaining ordering circles and collection
  • Handling after sales service or issues
  • Organising  events
  • Implementing the Four P's in Marketing in assigned areas
  • Maintaining close ties and good Public relations
  • Training outlets on products
  • Checking on competition activities and bringing marketing intelligence
  • Involved in marketing decision making and implementation
  • Monitoring and advising outlets on display and stock inventory
  • Liaise with corporate clients and create a client database
  • Maintain good relationships with all clients
  • Ensure that all the marketing and corporate procedures are followed efficiently
  • Collecting , Analysing and  feedback competitor and market information
  • Handling after sales service or issues
Qualification: 

Academic:  Any Degree preferably in related field Technical / Professional

Relevant Industry: Consumer Electronics/ Durable or FMCG.

Desired profile of the candidate
  • Very good communication  and interpersonal skills- in English, Hindi n Swahili preferred
  • Demonstrated managerial and administrative competence.
  • Knowledge of MS word/ Office / power point a must.
  • Knowledge of Business Accounts.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Aggressive and  Self starters
  • Age 23- 27 yrs ,
  • Graduate with 2- 5 yrs of experience in handling and managing dealer/distributor network
