A leading community development organisation require a Project Director to contribute to their continuous success within Tanzania. Through various agricultural development projects and continuous education they are paving a strong path to ensure their vision of Africa having a sustainable, self-sufficient food production system becomes a reality.

The Project Director will play a pivotal part in ensuring their future success. Building strong lasting relationships with both clients and communities, whilst monitoring a team of Project Managers and the organisation’s current portfolio of local activities, you will apply your strategic mind-set to identify areas of growth potential and further social improvement. With a passion for the sector you will share your knowledge whilst remaining on track withglobal trends and market changes.

Holding a relevant degree accompanied by a successful track record in a Project Management role, experience in Sub-Saharan Africa is necessary as is a work history involved with not-for-profits. A willingness to travel >50% of your time is also paramount.
