Leo nimepokea ujumbe toka kwa rafiki zangu wawili wakinifahamisha kutumiwa ujumbe toka kwa mtu wasiyemfahamu.

Maelezo ya jumbe hizo yanafanana na yanasomeka hapo.

Anafahamisha kuwa anwani zao amezipata toka wavuti.com na hili ni kweli kwani katika tovuti hii anwani ya mtu inaweza kuwepo aidha kupitia tangazo/habari/taarifa kwenye chapisho (post) ama kuachwa na watu wanaotoa maoni na wakaziweka anwani zao kwenye kisanduku cha maoni kwa mawasiliano na wengine au kuziandika katika kijisanduku "field" cha anwani ambacho si lazima "optional" kuandika.

Ninashukuru kwa rafiki zangu hawa kuwa wajanja, kila mmoja kwa wakati wake akanitumia ujumbe kunifahamisha wanadhani kuna mtu anachezea wavuti hivyo nichunguze. Ninawashukuru pia kwa kutokumjibu mtu huyo kwani ni tapeli "scammer" ambaye lengo lake kubwa ni kuiba kwa namna yoyote anayoweza, ikiwamo kuuza anwani za watu. 

TATIZO LA MATAPELI WA MTANDAONI

Ndiyo, matapeli wanafanya biashara ya kukusanya anwani katika mitandao mbalimbali kama vile tovuti, blogu, eforums, egroups na wanapopata watu wanaowajibu, hilo huwathibitishia kuwa anwani hiyo ni hai na ina mtumiaji. Ndipo wao hufanya kazi ya kuzikusanya na kuziuza kwa mafungu kwa watu wengine ambao nao huzitumia kwa kutuma jumbe za kitapeli kama vile kukufahamisha umeshinda bahati nasibu ya kiasi fulani kikubwa cha fedha, au una kifurushi kinasubiri maelezo yako ya jinsi ya kukipokea toka posta, ama wakakwambia umeshinda "Green Card" ya kuishi Marekani, n.k.

Ukweli ni kuwa hakuna faida isiyotokana na kufanya kazi. Hivyo huwezi kuangukiwa na ngekewa "zali la mentali" bure tu.

Samahani sana nyote mliopokea ujumbe kama huu. Upuuzieni na msimjibu mhusika. 

Matapeli hawa wameifanya hii kuwa kazi yao hivyo wanashinda na kukesha wakizurura mitandaoni kusaka anwani za watu hata ikiwa hazipo katika mfumo wa "hyperlink" bali zimekolezewa wino wa bluu tu ili zisinaswe na mashine, sasa hivi inaelekea wameamua kabisa kufanya kazi hiyo binafsi.

SULUHISHO NA USHAURI KWENU

Tayari nimewasiliana na "host" wa tovuti hii ili kuona kama anaweza kuchunguza iwapo kuna upenyo wowote kwenye "code settings" za kisanduku cha maoni kinachoruhusu mtu kuiba anwani, arekebishe.  

Ninaomba wote mnaoacha maoni, msiache anwani zenu pasina sababu. Kijisehemu cha kuacha anwani kwenye kisanduku cha maoni si lazima kijazwe, ni "optional". Ikibidi kuniandikia, tafadhali tumia ukurasa wa "Contact" hapo juu na ujumbe wako utakuja kwangu moja kwa moja bila kuacha anwani yako hapa. Usijibu ujumbe wowote kutoka kwa mtu  usiyemfahamu hasa anapotumia lugha tata na/ama isiyoeleweka kwa mfano wa hizo hapo ambapo amejaribu hata kusisitiza utapeli wake kwa kutafsiri Kiingereza chake kibovu kwa kutumia "google translate" kwenda kwa Kiswahili. Kujibizana na tapeli ni hasara kama nilivyoeleza hapo juu kuhusu biashara ya anwani pepe (email addresses).

Katika mazingira yetu ambapo mawasiliano ya intaneti bado ina vikwazo vya aina mbalimbali kwa baadhi ya watu, ni dhahiri kuwa kutumia Google Offline ni faida kubwa kwani unaweza kusoma ujumbe kupitia email na kuandaa majibu kwa kila ujumbe wa muhimu na kisha kuchomeka modem au kwenda kwenye mgahawa wenye intaneti ambapo unaweza kuunganisha kupitia waya wao au bila waya "wireless" na kutuma majibu ya emails zako ndani ya dakika chache.

So today, I just did to it what I did to my then Hi5 and Zorpia accounts, i.e. delete and get rid of them.

You have to login first with the username and password used to register the time you opened the account (follow instructions on the site in case you forgot your credentials), then you will be presented with a window (see screeshot below) to complete the deletion process.

The Gmail team rolled out the "New Gmail look" this week but it has irritated some users who would prefer to continue using the old interface.

Gmail has enabled rolling back to the old interface, though temporarily, via the following steps:

1. Sign in to your Gmail
2. Click on the grey "gear" icon at the near top-right corner of the page (be careful, there are two gear icons, click on the images below to see which one you should click)
3. Select “Revert to the old look temporarily”
   
4. Fill out a short survey about why you want to go back to the old Gmail look
5. Your Gmail inbox will go back to the old look
   

If you followed steps 1 - 5 above and you  still don't see the changes immediately, try to log out and then log back in. If still showing the new interface, then try the following alternative steps:

1. Click at the "white" gear icon in black navigation bar at the very top-right corner of the page
2. Select “Mail settings”
3. In the page that opens, you will see a row of tabs, click on the one displaying “Themes” 
4. Select a new theme,  “Your preferences have been saved” message will appear
5. Finally, choose and click on your preferred theme again and click the "save changes" below that page
