So, a few minutes after posting the earlier post, I sent a message to the DV Lottery 2011 via the emails I obtained from their website, and the reply was as it reads below. I am afraid I can't be of a help here. One needs to know a better way of getting in touch with them, probably by sacrificing minutes to hours calling them and holding until somebody answers.
