Last week we tried to contact the people responsible with DV 2011 visa Lottery via email regarding the error message people are receiving when using the Photo Validator page or when submitting the DV 2011 Visa Lottery application form. We wrote to them and received an automated reply which didn't help solve the problem. Today we received a reply from one department directing us to the responsible department with an email address.

For those of you who are still facing the problem, you may want to write to them to, perhaps as the number of inquiries increase, they might be forced to look at the problem.

Please find the email address in the reply message quoted below.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Your inquiry has been received at the National Visa Center (NVC).
The National Visa Center does not process the Diversity Visa.  Please forward your inquiry to KCCDV@state.gov.
