You may remember this site reporting about problems people were having when attempting to use the 2011 Diversity Immigrant Visa Program (DV-2011) page particularly, the Photo Validator and Form Submission pages. Click here to read those posts.

This site made a follow up with different departments and finally landed on the correct desk. We are glad to inform you that the problem has been resolved and the site is up and running just fine. See the captured test screen shot below.

We did a test on their Photo Validator page with three different photos and all of them were successful. However, we did not try the Form Submission page, we hope it has been fixed too since the problem was also reported.

Patience pays.

the dv-2011 site doens't work. not the photo validator or the entry form

today as you write here, it is Nov 29 and the deadline for this year's submission is 12:00PM EST (GMT -5) on November 30, 2009, if the site is being used my too many people, most probably it will return an error page due to overcapacity, however, this is my assumption, I suggest you write to them (read my previous post I listed email addresses). Note that it's also weekend, I doubt if you will have a prompt response before the deadline is over. When I wrote to them, it took 4 days.
Keep trying though, if you don't get it this year, try next year.
