Three foreign suspects relating to two bomb attacks at Ugandan capital, Kampala were charged by a Ugandan court on Friday.

The trio, all Kenyan citizens, were the first suspects under trial since the suicide bomb attacks killed 79 people and injured dozens of others at a rugby club and a restaurant on July 11 in Kampala suburbs.

They were charged with 79 counts of murder, three counts of terrorism, including another planned bomb attack which did not take place at a disco club, and ten counts of attempted murder.
