Life is not fair.

I couldn't understand what that sentence meant, until one day when a very dear uncle of mine said it in front of my eyes in times when I was going through one of the most difficult and undecided moments in my life.

Heck life isn't fair, you got that one right.

Life can, literally, throw anything in front of you, really anything. Life can be brutal with all it's problems, but, problems are to be fought and defeated. Even if you think you have used all your weapons and can't possibly think of anything else to say and/or do, still, do not despair. Do not give up. Do not quit.

God promised to NOT allow us get drawn in tests that are above our individual capability; also promised a way out for every problem that comes our way; we only have to seek and find.

Today, a very close friend of mine is going through tumultuous and very hard times. She has been in this situation for, God knows how long. She is a very quiet and reserved person. The only way you'll know that she is not alright, is if you are close to her and start noticing that she is unusually a lot more quieter, won't wear her smile often, won't cheer up easily and even if you tried to engage her in fun activities, she won't react. She will avoid conversations and, if she had to respond, the most she will give out is a blank "yes" or "no" or just, won't reply at all. It is only then, when you definitely start to think that she is not alright.

But, what do you do when you are not here, in fact, when you are miles apart to see what's happening? You think she can put it all in writings (recall what I said above) I depend on some sort of super-natural or piritual powers to know that things aren't actually going so smoothly as I would have loved to imagine.

To you my friend, you know you are always in my heart. I walk with you in my heart. I pray for you. Your problems are mine. When you hurt, I hurt more. Even though I am not there, you know I care.

I love you. (and you know I do)

If you ever wanted a friend and someone to talk to, I am ready to listen. Even if I don't seem to have answers to your questions, you know I can say a prayer. My friend, keep the faith; there is still hope.

Just know that you are loved dearly.

Time and again, I have quoted this to you "you may be nothing to the world but you mean the world to me", and I mean it.

Sincerely,
Subi

You Raise Me Up
» Josh Groban

When I am down and, oh my soul, so weary;
When troubles come and my heart burdened be;
Then, I am still and wait here in the silence,
Until you come and sit awhile with me.

You raise me up, so I can stand on mountains;
You raise me up, to walk on stormy seas;
I am strong, when I am on your shoulders;
You raise me up: To more than I can be.

There is no life - no life without its hunger;
Each restless heart beats so imperfectly;
But when you come and I am filled with wonder,
Sometimes, I think I glimpse eternity.

You raise me up, so I can stand on mountains;
You raise me up, to walk on stormy seas;
I am strong, when I am on your shoulders;
You raise me up: To more than I can be.

My READERS, please ACCEPT MY APOLOGY

I apologize to all my visitors and readers. You know I usually do not post personal stuff on blog that should be shared privately, but you, as well, know that that's not a rule written on a stone that can't be broken.

At times I have to cross the boundaries. I just did it. I took the advantage of hosting a private blog-site to post something that I hope may help others in related situation(s).

This special post was highly dedicated to a very dear friend of mine, who going through hard times, and that is making me feel uncomfortable. So, I am doing all I can to show her that she is not alone and that she will get through this and get used to life's unpleasant moments, after and above all, she will become more stronger, for I believe problems arise to positively challenge, and not, weaken us.

It is my hope that you will pardon, hear my appeal and accept it with an open heart.
Thank you all!
