Sales Process and Payment Options
The Process
Global Land Solutions Limited (GLS) is dedicated to making the sales process as easy for you as possible. The steps below outline the process for securing your new home.
- Site visit to see model home and location.
- letter of offer
(to be signed and returned within 7 days of receipt)
- securing choice of apartment block allocation (block #, apt #)
- agreement of payment plan
- 10% deposit (partially refundable)
- Sale agreement – final binding document
(to be signed and returned within 14 days of receipt)
- June 2013 – completion of payment and handing over of apartment.

Pricing varies by when the sales agreement is signed. The table below shows the pricing structure based on the month of signing.

Payment Options
GLS has 3 payment plans to enable you to acquire a home in this vibrant and unique community.
Option 1: Full Upfront Payment Plan
This is the quickest and simplest of our payment plans. It ensures that you get the best deal with minimal transaction costs.
- 100% upfront payment upon signing of letter of offer (non-refundable).
Option 2 – Out of Pocket Payment Plan
This payment plan allows you until June 2013 to complete your payments with your last payment being in June 2013, at which point construction will have been completed and your new home will be ready for you to move into.
- 10% deposit required at signing letter of offer (partially refundable)

Option 3 – Long Term Payment Plan:
This payment plan allows you to pay for your new home while you live in it and at your own pace. By getting a mortgage from your bank you can make smaller payments for up to 180 months. GLS will assist you by providing supporting documentation required in securing your home loan.
- 10% deposit required at signing letter of offer (partially refundable)
- 20% down payment for Mortgage facility with bank
- Mortgages can be for up to 15 years (180 months) so payments can be even lower.
