Blogger tip: How to automatically share your posts on Google+

  • Login to blogger.com to access your blogger dashboard
  • Click on the Google+ (it is locate in the list on the left column, see screenshot below)
  • Click on the “Get Started” blue button on the right

  • When another page opens, click on the small box to put a check-mark indicating you agree to associate your Google profile with Blogger (see screenshot below)

  • Another page opens, prompting you to choose blogs (if you have or are an admin of more than one blog) that you want to associate with your Google+, check all the blogs that you would like to link (you can edit later one by one through the dashboard)
  • When done, you will be taken back to the dashboard. If you have created a Google+ page in addition to your Google+ profile, it will be listed here. By default, Google will associate your Google+ with Blogger, but if you want to associate it with your site/blog’s Google+ Page instead, just click on the relevante web/blog page and it will automatically be switched from your personal profile to web/blog profile (see screenshot below, the middle).
  • Here again you have options to choose if you want your posts to be automatically shared after posting or a prompt to share after posting. Put a check mark(s) as you desire.

  • You may also uncheck all and just manually choose which posts you want to share on Google+ each time you publish a new post by hovering your computer pointer over the post’s headline and options will appear just beneath the headline. Then click “Share”

  • Finally add a comment or/and choose whether to share in public or with a selected individuals on Google+ (see screen-shots below)

Your blog posts will now be automatically shared to Google+ whenever you publish something new.
You can also disable this feature (click here to find out how) if you no longer want it.
