Reports from the northern part of Tanzania says thousands of passengers from the northern regions of Tanzania and neighboring countries are stranded in Hedaru, Kilimanjaro due to heavy rain which made it difficult for cars, commercial trucks and passenger vehicles to cross the impassable roads.
