Raleigh International is now recruiting a Director of Operations based in Tanzania.
Reporting to the Country Director and serving as an integral member of the Senior Management Team (SMT), the Director of Operations shares the overall responsibility for the strategic direction and coordination of the Country Offices in Tanzania. He/she will be accountable to ensure efficient, effective and safe running of our programmes in Tanzania comprising: safety and security, operational finance, transport, operational team management and volunteers / volunteer staff management & coordination, and human resources.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional senior manager with operational experience and a proven track record of creative problem-solving and change management to join in a high-growth, mission-driven organisation.
