Skills, qualifications and experience

You have a Bachelor degree in economics, business, marketing or related subject.
and a Project Management Certification is desired

Desirable qualifications include but not limited to;
- Quality Assurance: ISO, Six Sigma, etc.
- Train the Trainer

Work Experience.
- Minimum 10 years senior business management experience in a large international corporation.
- Management of two or more functions of a business: Operations, HR, product development, sales and marketing, etc.
- Lead in an organizational development role.
- New business development and/or start-up
- Project management.
- Facilitation and training skills.

All volunteers have an allowance paid in local currency. The allowance meets reasonable living expenses in country, but will not be enough to send money home.

VSO works with some of the poorest communities in the world which means accommodation varies and will be basic.
