Working alongside one other colleague, you will be managing our in country operations in collaboration with the UK office and Tanzanian partners. You will be supporting volunteers working on community projects and managing in country staff. With oversight of the daily running of the house, vehicles and country finances. Providing pastoral care and spiritual leadership through daily reflections with our teams.
We are recruiting a team of two people for this position; one male, one female. Both couples and single individual applicants will be considered.
This role is non-salaried, although some costs are covered. All Go MAD in Tanzania team members seek Gods provision for their needs. Resources and advice will be given in support of this.
There is a genuine occupational requirement for a Christian for this role.
